When I am rested and in a flow state, I noticed my curiosity expands. To me, not being curious is a sign that I am burnt out or feeling some form of stress. In research, curiosity is associated with positive emotions, expanding empathy, better healthcare, survival, and more. On the extreme opposite end, lacking curiosity can be a sign of depression or other diseased states. What are ways that you can support your curiosity?
