Improve your posture based on evolutionary biology, pilates, and yoga therapy principals. You will learn how to improve your connection to your breathing and core muscles while improving your posture and movement patterns - freeing you from muscle tension that can impact your sleep, stress levels, energy, and movement. This workshop will be filled with exercises that you can use to develop a daily practice that combat the use of smartphones. This workshop can also help people who use devices (ex. laptops) or have practices (playing video games or carrying babies) that may impact their posture.
